Twenty-four year old Canadian Computer Science Grad & Nursing student on a mission to lose some weight. As I begin this blog I’m at about 170 lbs, and I’d like to get down to 150 to get into my recommended BMI range. I’d love to get down to 140lbs, but I’m a muscular gal and not sure if my body is willing to do that. This blog will be a place to track my progress and post any neat tips I find along the way.
